Soffit system for Clean Rooms

Tight soffit consists of the so-called hidden grid and soffit cassettes of the required dimensions and colour shade. The employed material is galvanised steel sheet with surface finish by powder varnish in standard colours.

The soffit is connected to the built-in partition by means of a fillet. Around laminar fields above operating tables, which are mounted at the level of the soffit, tight fluorescent lighting fixtures are integrated in the soffit. In case of operating rooms, they are equipped with polished optical grating with hardened glass in dimming execution.

We offer soffit with hidden grid, where in the place of contact of cassettes there is only one sealed joint, which enhances the effect of integrity of the whole tight ceiling and reduces the number of joints. The dimensions of cassettes are adapted to the dimensions of offered lighting fixtures and filtering vent grills. The soffit is suspended on the building ceiling by means of links.

IN CASE OF NEED, ANY SECTION OF THE SOFFIT CAN BE DISMOUNTED.
The variability of the structural design of the soffit allows for installation of required sanitary technology.
