Wall system for Clean Rooms

The partitions of built-in Clean Room consist of wall panels of thickness 60, 80, 100, 120 mm or liner panels 32mm thick, of the lengths according to the required headroom (up to max. 4200mm). The panels are full, formed by a shell of metal sheet 0.63 mm thick, and filled with mineral wool or hardened PUR foam (System of partitions – PULSKLIMA, type: FCL).

The panels are embedded in bottom guiding section, covered by a fillet formed in the floor stepping layer. The bottom section is anchored in the floor by means of steel dowels. In vertical corners and at the soffit of the Clean Room there are mounted metallic fillets in the colour of the soffits (partitions).

The advantage of the system PULSKLIMA consists in its high variability and the possibility of an easy dismounting of panels in case of need, allowing for additional installation of new technologies.

• The panels can be equipped with bushings for mounting the electric distribution system (sockets, switches, telephones). For tubular distributing systems there are employed hollow “installating“ panels. If suspension of the technologies on the walls is required, the panels will be provided with reinforcements.
• The windows in the PHARMA execution are made to measure, as per the requirement of the investor.
• The doors in tight execution, again according to investor's requirement. Either solid or glazed ones, governed manually or automatically. The PHARMA glazing of partitions and doors can include tilting louvers governed mechanically or magnetically.
